Workshops

Arm Balancing Learn to balance with stability, focus, and grace. This all levels workshop will break down the basics, build strength, and show how props can support your practice.

Conscious Connected Breathing and Sound Bath A gentle introduction to conscious connected breathing, also known as rebirthing breathwork, blended with calming sound bowl healing.  We will move through a breath session supported by waves of sound, helping you to drop into your body, release tension, and reconnect with your natural rythymn.

Summer Solstice Navigate the change of season with mindful intention and ease. Restore a feeling of balance, by experiencing the interplay of lightness and heaviness, warm and cold, dark and light. Tanja guides a SUMMER inspired Vinyasa flow, seasonal breath technique, and a guided resting meditation to welcome in the SOLSTICE.
