95YH 1000% hands down, no questions asked. I had the opportunity to go elsewhere and it would have taken less time - for me, the value of this training and the support we receive from the ENTIRE 95 community is stellar.
95 House Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive, challenging and energizing course about yoga; its history, evolution, current state and teaching techniques. Ample opportunity to discuss, explore and hone what we were learning was provided. I considered several yoga teacher training programs and am very pleased with my choice.
The pacing is different from other training programs I’ve seen offered, which allowed for the ability to not only learn the foundations, history, and cues, but also discover and develop a unique perspective, personality and style as an instructor.
As someone who needs to be stricter on their budget, it is nice that our training included trauma informed care and other areas that are of interest. Also, the hands on assist and being able to come to the studio to continue learning about hands on assists after the training is complete is very valuable.
I took into account if I did just unlimited yoga each month $65 for 8 months total $520...it helped me think of it as a savings.
