Foundations of the House (60 min at 82-85 degrees)
With the focus on alignment, Foundations is not only a great launching pad for beginners, but also for seasoned students who desire a slower pace with detailed instruction.
Rock the House (60 min at 93-96 degrees)
Along with heat and music, Rock the House combines breath, flow, core strengthening and static poses that energize the body and mind. Each teacher brings their unique style to provide a variety to our yoga community. All levels are welcome!
Burning Down the House (90 min at 93-96 degrees)
A smorgasbord of yoga styles explored in a full 90 minute class. From Hatha, to wall/prop classes, to meditation, to Power flow, to Yin, Burn will challenge your definition of a yoga class and leave you with a new perspective.
Hot House (60 min at 97-99 degrees)
A classical Hatha (Ghosh) style yoga that integrates a series of postures in a specific order with focus on alignment and precision. The higher temperature assists with exploring the flexibility and strength of your entire system.
Yin the House (60-75 min at 78-82 degrees)
Yin is a slower style of yoga that targets the body's ligaments and tendons by holding poses for long periods in order to stimulate joint health and circulation. Deepen your yoga practice with this challenging counterbalance to our hotter and flowing offerings.
Renew the House (75 minutes at 85-90 degrees)
Longer held postures, core stimulation and a mindful flow that finishes with restorative poses and a guided meditative rest (Yoga Nidra). This 75 minute Sunday night unwinding, preps your body for rest so you are Renewed to start your week.
