Cancellations: All in-studio class reservations must be cancelled 2 hours before the start-time to retain class credit. Auto-renew members are subject to a $10 fee.
Class package expiration: All class packages are non-transferable will expire after 1 year from purchase date.

Virtual Class Sign-Up
Create a MindBody account/log-in. Browse available class times and select your Virtual class.
Sign up for Virtual classes 30 minutes prior to the class time. An e-mail from 95 Yoga House with the meeting link will be sent 30 minutes before the beginning of class. If you sign-up before class but inside of 30 minutes, the link will be sent to you within a few minutes of your sign-up.

The virtual live-streaming classes are run in Mindbody. If you have an iOS device (Apple), you will need to sign in with Safari. It will not work with Chrome on an iOS device at this time.
You will also need to disable pop-up blockers in Safari:
Go to Settings > Safari.
In the General section, tap the Block Pop-ups toggle. It will turn white to indicate it's turned off.

Vinyasa Flow (60 min at 93-96 degrees)
All levels are welcome! This class combines breath, flow, core strengthening and static poses that energize the body and mind. Each teacher brings their unique style to our yoga community.
Foundations (60 min at 82-85 degrees)
With the focus on alignment, this is not only a great launching pad for beginners, but also for seasoned students who desire a slower pace with detailed instruction.
Sculpt (60 min at 84-87 degrees)
Combining yoga poses with weights, sculpt focuses on strength-building while maintaining the foundation of flexibility and balance.
26+2 (60 min at 97-99 degrees)
A classical Hatha (Ghosh) style yoga that integrates a series of postures in a specific order with focus on alignment and precision. The higher temperature assists with exploring the flexibility and strength of your entire system.
Renew (60 minutes at 85-90 degrees)
Experience longer held postures, core stimulation and a mindful flow and finish with restorative poses. This Sunday night unwinding preps your body for rest so you are renewed to start your week.
Prenatal (60 minutes at 82-85 degrees)
A comprehensive, holistic approach class that includes prenatal sequencing, breath work and meditation. Classes times and dates are available upon request. Email us for more information.
Private classes, for individuals or small groups, are available upon request. Classes are based on an individual’s needs and experience level. Email us for more information.
Throughout the year we offer a wide variety of workshops, from beginner series, to back bends, inversions and advanced poses.
